Panic room

Camera

In the beginning of panic room, there is many camera shots but they are all focusing on the same things. All the camera shots are focusing on tall buildings in America. To camera shots are: bird’s eve view, high angle shot, low angle shot, tracking, mid shot, close up. All of these angles are showing different buildings, this suggests that it is in a busy place. Also when the names are shows of the cast and crew shown, they are shown like they are floating in the sky. You don’t get to see any people during the beginning so it gives a sense of suspicion.

All the sound is diegetic during the beginning, it has a small beat but it gradually gets bigger, when it gets faster its makes the scene more intense.
